CIC built a new 156,000 square feet of Medical Devices manufacturing facility that included cleanroom areas, warehouses, offices, laboratory, training rooms, cafeteria, mechanical, engineering, and packaging areas. CIC project scope also included electrical substation, emergency generator, water tanks, cooling tower, fire pumphouse, access roads, parking, and landscaping.
