ST. REGIS BAHIA BEACH RESORT
The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort is Puerto Rico’s first and only five-star hotel. CIC carried out the construction of 139 guestrooms in 12 multi-story buildings, a restaurant with a seating capacity of 120, a spa with seven secluded massage villas, and a fitness center. The scope of work also included retail areas, administration facilities, and public areas. All the major structures were cast in Place concrete with stunning finishes.
