This Design-Build project consisted of three precast concrete aging warehouses with a total of 78,000 S.F., entirely constructed with wall panels, double “T” roof panels, and columns. Our team compared different building structure options, and the Full Precast Concrete Buildings were the best alternative. As a result, Bacardi saved around $2 million.
