Club Meliá at Coco Beach was completed in the year 2009 and is currently the largest vacation club ever constructed in Puerto Rico. CIC scope of work included 135 studios and one-bedroom apartments, a pool area, and a 30,000 SF building for sales and marketing offices, meeting rooms, a VIP Lounge, Fitness Center, and Retail Areas.
