Interior Architectural Finishes. CUP and Fermentation Buildings

CIC scope of work included the Central Utilities Building (CUB) with floors identified as level 0 and level 1. In level-0, there is an electrical room, mechanical spaces, offices, corridors, and lockers, and in Level-1, there are bathrooms, offices, mechanical rooms, electrical/IDF rooms, and a corridor roof. The Fermentation building is a multi-level that connects to the API support building. CIC completed it in the year 2019.
